Learn from a professional like Andrew Boey's Youtube channel, there are many free Youtube videos - enjoy a few then consider signing up for virtual classes. 

Pros: Excellent Teacher of Photography, offers paid content to further your learning photography, paid content is cheaper than other sites.

Cons: None to speak of.
